Overview:
We are hiring an Aesthetic Dermatologist to join our training team at the institute. This role involves not just performing procedures, but also training and guiding doctors in aesthetic medicine.
You will work closely with trainees, help them understand treatments in a practical way, and ensure they develop both skill and confidence in real clinical settings.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient consultations as part of training sessions
- Demonstrate aesthetic procedures step-by-step to trainees
- Train doctors in all Aesthetic Medicine procedures.
- Supervise trainees and correct techniques in real time
- Explain treatment planning, patient selection, and complication handling in simple terms
- Ensure all procedures follow strict safety, hygiene, and ethical standards
- Help structure and improve training modules and sessions
- Maintain proper case documentation for teaching and learning purposes
Requirements:
- Qualification: MD
- Strong experience in aesthetic procedures (injectables + energy-based devices)
- Good teaching ability - can break down complex procedures into simple steps
- Confident communicator with a patient and practical approach
- Strong focus on safety, protocols, and ethical practice
- Comfortable handling both patients and trainee doctors together
